For more than a decade, J Lewis has coached, led, and developed high-performing real estate professionals while helping grow one of the largest real estate organizations in the Knoxville market.
During his 13 years in leadership, J helped grow an organization from roughly 300 to more than 900 sales associates, earning national recognition for recruiting, leadership, and growth along the way.
But his experience taught him something important: being great at selling real estate and building a great real estate business are two very different skill sets.
Through COACHD, J works with producing entrepreneurs who are ready to make that transition.
